Changed your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

What we need back
Items unworn, unwashed, with the labels still attached, in the packaging they came in.

Refunds
We refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return postage
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered — then it is on us.

Faulty items
If something is faulty or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies and we will repair, replace or refund. Seams are covered for two years on top of that.

To start a return
Email hello@lominoi.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and a label.
